PALLET POSITIONERS

Pallet Positioners improve the ease and ergonomics of pallet loading and unloading.  They improve productivity and worker efficiency by eliminating unproductive lifting, bending, stretching and walking while loading or unloading pallets.  Bishamon offers a wide range of automatic pallet positioners and operator-controlled positioners to suit most all most any pallet positioning application.  They make process of loading and unloading pallets much easier and more ergonomic.

MOBILE HANDLING

Our Mobile Levelers allow workers to position work at the most comfortable convenient height for easy, strain-free access. With a wide range of capacities, lifting heights, platform sizes and other options, including portability, turntables, tilt tops and hand pallet truck accessibilty there are literally millions of configurations of ergonomic lift tables available.

UNILIFT™ – Pallet Lifter / Transporter / Work Positioner”

The UniLift pallet handler, with deployable outriggers, can lift and transport a standard pallet without straddling it. It is compatible with standard GMA pallets, CHEP pallets, or skids. The UniLift can handle loads up to 2000 lbs. and reaches a height of up to 36 inches (Unloaded). Fitted with high-quality polyurethane wheels, the UniLift easily transports loads.
The UniLift is powered by an efficient 24 VDC battery system and an onboard, automatic battery charger. It also features electro-mechanical outrigger actuation with position sensors. The operator console contains convenient buttons that raise and lower the forks and LED indicators that display the battery status.
