Refund policy

Return Policy Overview

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ironforgeindustrial.com or call (888) 240-7247 within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any applicable authorization details. Once you receive return instructions, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

 

Returns - Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@ironforgeindustrial.com. Iron Forge Industrial (Raznation LLC) and our manufacturing partners will cover all return shipping costs and replacement fees for verified defective or damaged goods.

  • Note: For freight deliveries, please note any visible packaging damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.

 

Returns - Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

 

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or damage:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight/shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: A fixed 15% restocking fee applies to all industrial equipment returns to cover the specialized handling and inspection required by our manufacturing partners.

 

Order Cancellations

 

  • Standard Orders: Orders canceled prior to shipment will be refunded in full, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or "Made to Order" products (such as ArcLight Plasma tables or specialized kilns) cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.

 

Return Labels

 

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

 

Used Products

 

Used, installed, or modified products are not eligible for return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Original Shipping Costs

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a return is due to a defective or damaged item, shipping costs will be refunded in full.

 

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
