Valley Craft’s Heavy Duty A- Frame Carts provide mobile pre-configured or customizable solutions for a variety workstations and storage areas. These heavy duty 12 gauge, fully welded, carts are 38” wide and are available in a single-sided (24” deep) or double-sided (30” deep) to fit your needs and environment. With a 2,500 lb. capacity, these Heavy Duty A-Frame Carts easily maneuver on (4) 5” heavy duty phenolic casters (2 rigid, 2 locking swivel). Customize and complete your base cart with an assortment of optional accessories (sold separately) or select one of the 6 pre-configured options.
Improve your supply organization with accessory options that include trays, tray dividers, hanger bars, and spindles. Tray options include shallow (9”) or deep (15”), and in either a closed (3” lip) or open (flush) front. Shallow (9”) trays are recommended to be used with single-sided models for added stability, while the deep (15”) trays are recommended to be used with double-sided models for maximum capacity. Closed (3” lip) trays help contain small parts, while open (flush) trays create ease for loading and unloading larger items. Great additions to trays are tray dividers or bins to help organize smaller parts placed within a single tray. Lastly, hanger bars combined with spindles are a great way to improve organization of spools of material or other hanging items.
Ideal for 5S as well as other workplace initiatives and improvements, Valley Craft’s Heavy Duty A-Frame Carts have a powder coat finish in gray for a premium look that holds up over time. Products are shipped fully assembled, and are made in the U.S.A.
