How Industrial Warranties Work
Because we provide professional-grade machinery, warranties are held and serviced directly by the manufacturer. This ensures that you receive support from the factory-trained engineers who designed and built your equipment.

What is Covered?
Coverage typically includes:

Shipping Damage: Damage that occurred during transit is handled via our Shipping Policy and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty Claims Process
