Cutter Plus 520
The Cutter Plus 520 is the step-up model in the Advance Cutting Systems Cutter family, above the Cutter II 510 that Iron Forge Industrial also carries. The Cutter line is a CNC cutting system that uses a plasma torch to cut geometric shapes and parametrically programmed HVAC duct fittings: fittings are programmed in the office, nested onto the sheet to keep material waste down, then cut out at speed on the table.
It suits an HVAC fabrication shop that has outgrown manual layout and wants fittings coming off the table to a program rather than to a scribe line.
The Cutter Plus 520 is specified per shop — table size, plasma package, controller and software are settled as part of the quote rather than fixed. Add it to a quote request and we will confirm the exact configuration and price in writing.
