Jet Liner II Non-Abrasive Waterjet

The Jet Liner II is a non-abrasive waterjet cutting machine — it cuts with water alone, with no abrasive garnet added to the stream. Waterjet is a cold cutting process, so it leaves no heat-affected zone at the cut edge and the material comes off the table without the discolouration or hardening that thermal cutting causes.

Every Jet Liner II is specified for the shop it is going into, so the cutting envelope, the pump and the table configuration are settled as part of the quote rather than picked off a shelf.
