Jet Pro 510 Abrasive Waterjet

The Jet Pro 510 Abrasive is an Advance Cutting Systems Pro Series waterjet cutting machine. An abrasive waterjet adds an abrasive garnet to the water stream, which is what lets a waterjet cut hard and thick materials such as metal plate. Because it is a cold cutting process there is no heat-affected zone at the cut edge, so parts come off the table without the discolouration or hardening that thermal cutting leaves behind.

The Advance Cutting Systems Pro Series is the company's value-priced, made-in-America high performance cutting line, giving fabricators premium features in a package compact enough to fit in a small shop.
