The Tin Knocker S & Drive Plus Cleat Former is a highly versatile, multi-function machine, designed to fabricate several different profiles via multiple stations. It is the perfect machine to save time and money by utilizing scrap metal to create cleats. It can quickly and easily slit blank scrap metal and feed it directly into the rolls. S-cleats are fabricated using the center rolls, while drive cleats are fabricated using the outer rolls.

Additionally, the auxiliary rolls on the opposite outboard side can be swapped between different sets of tooling to further add to the versatility of the S & Drive Plus. This tooling can include many different useful profiles, including male and female button locks, Pittsburgh locks and more.
